Florian! We love your latest masterpiece "Last Thought"! Tell us more? What’s behind this mix?
Last Thought is a melodic house and techno sound with a touch of a progressive atmosphere. This EP has been designed for club vibes but hey, we can have a little club session at home too right? The EP is mixed with the intention of leaving behind a deep and dark atmosphere with a strong rhythm that fills the soul and the mind. Listen to it and tell me how the sounds make you feel.
We love the mysterious vibes. What is the key message of this mix?
When I imagined the track, my mind was going through the idea of what would be the last thoughts somebody might have before passing and leaving this earth; what fills our last seconds of consciousness before leaving this planet? This thought has crossed all our minds once, right? It sounds dark but it simply is also part of life. What if the afterlife is a beautiful place? A better place than here? That idea would soothe the soul right? In our daily life we all encounter struggles, emotions, highs and lows. Floating in space discovering other lives than the earth life to me is a dream state, a scary one but also an inspiring one.

When will you play it for us in The Green Boutique?
When the moment is right I will play it live. The thoughts behind this EP are personal, my anxiety is real and makes me vulnerable. Meaning, for me, it takes courage to play this EP LIVE. When the time is right and especially when the audience is right—the audience that can relate to these feelings—I will do it.
